Recording where a product was grown, when it was collected and what information was added at each stage is an early step toward data-led operations.

A unique livestock tag can connect identity and records. A tag alone does not make the information verified; records also need update and review processes.

Permission-based access is important to Abad’s data plans. Buyer-relevant information and access to a farmer’s personal information will be managed separately.
